Local artist Zuzy Rocka exhibition

December 1 - January 30

Vertical Cafe

7:00 a.m. - 4:30 daily

Zuzy Rocka has been happy to call Sun Peaks her home for the last 7 or so years. Her work often shows natural subjects with a surrealistic spin to create a new little world within our own. Most of her latest creations show a love for animals and their nature which intrigue her immensely.

Zuzy works with a variety of different mediums, ranging from acrylic paints, ink, watercolours, and other tools, whichever best suits the image she is trying to convey.

In 2011, Zuzy received her diploma in Digital Photography from the Centre for Art and Technology in Kelowna, BC. Her photography became an increasingly powerful tool in excelling her artistic vision and a means to jumpstart her career as a young entrepreneur. Zuzy photographs weddings, commercial images, snowboarding, and family portraiture while keeping her passion for fine art surrealism in the mix.
