Each team chooses the country/region they will cook (pot-luck) (check this spreadsheet for other participants to avoid overlap)
Decorate/Dress-up welcome
Provide enough food for 20 meals (served as tasting plates)

Round-robin tasting (all teams taste each other’s entries)
Cash Bar - Liquor will be purchased with the countries represented in mind
$150 per team (to cover the cost of the hall, insurance, chafing dishes, dishes, cutlery, glassware)
Limited registration – 10 teams
